Black and Gold provide dedicated catering for all of our venue hire spaces.
Our menus have been specifically designed to be balanced meals, while giving you as much freedom of choice as possible. We use fresh, local and seasonal produce where possible, and most dishes are made in-house by our team of dedicated chefs. To cater for as many of our guests’ requirements as possible, we offer a large number of gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan dishes.
We aim to give you the ability to offer any delegates with dietary requirements as much selection as possible.
We are always happy to tailor menus to your specific needs.
As well as venue hire when planning corporate events or a social function, we partner with other specialists to cater for all aspects of your conference, meeting, wedding, Christmas Party or other special occasion.

Working directly with the Basin Reserve Trust, we are excited to see the Basin Reserve being used for meetings and events – generating revenue that helps to maintain the venue’s heritage and charm, and secures its future in a way that benefits the whole Wellington community.
