The Basin Reserve has two large rooms in the RA Vance stand, both flooded with natural light from their walls of windows looking out to the playing surface. Both rooms are located on the ground floor and are easily accessible from the drive-through behind the stand, which can be made available to exhibitors for pack-in and pack-out. Car parking is also available for both exhibitors and guests, and a fully serviced bar area and view over the ground simply add to the experience.

Harbourside Function Centre (formerly Mac’s Function Centre) has to large pillarless rooms with a stud height of over 5.2 metres, meaning display booths and poster boards can be easily brought in and installed. The ground floor Cable room enjoys the easiest access, while the Te Aro room on level one is our largest and benefits from natural light courtesy of the industrial saw-tooth roof design which also adds a unique aesthetic from within. Both 260 m2 in size, these rooms also feature exposed brick walls and flexible lighting solutions, making them great options to showcase any product or service, while the Te Aro room can also be combined with the Waterfront to create a space big enough to cater for 20 trade displays and 200 guests.
